The locking pin is the main locking part of flexible products, and the tool uses an internal hexagonal wrench. Type A is used for the connection between two pieces, and type B is used for the connection between three pieces.

The locking pin is characterized in that: the lower part of the pull rod is a truncated cone body, and the truncated cone body is in contact with the steel balls arranged in the circular hole of the locking body. A spring is set in the upper part of the pull rod, and one end of the spring is pressed against the locking pin. The upper top surface of the truncated cone body of the pull rod has the other end against the inner wall of the locking body; the upper end of the pull rod extends out of the locking body and is movably connected to the handle through an axis lock, and serves as the axis of the handle. When the axis of the locking body is coaxial, the steel ball is collected in the locking body. When the axis of the handle is perpendicular to the axis of the locking body, the steel ball projects convexly under the action of the truncated cone body. from the outer surface of the locking body.

Locking pin usage:

The locking pin body of φ28mm or φ16mm is equipped with 5 concentric steel balls. When the thread of the locking pin is loosened, the steel ball will automatically retract inside the locking body, and the locking pin can be inserted into or pulled out of the round hole of the locked workpiece. When in use, the locking pin is inserted into the hole of the locked workpiece and the head of the locking pin is gradually tightened by hand. At the same time, the steel ball gradually protrudes, and the locking pin automatically aligns with the three-dimensional flexible combined welding fixture, and then tightens with a wrench. The tightening force is required to be appropriate. Too large (usually the wrench can be rotated 45~60°). After the lock pin is tightened, it can reach a clamping force of 50kN and a shearing force of 250kN. At the same time, various lengths and countersunk head locking pins are also designed according to different use occasions.
