The upper top surface of the truncated cone body of the pull rod has the other end against the inner wall of the locking body; the upper end of the pull rod extends out of the locking body and is movably connected to the handle through an axis lock, and serves as the axis of the handle. When the axis of the locking body is coaxial, the steel ball is collected in the locking body. When the axis of the handle is perpendicular to the axis of the locking body, the steel ball projects convexly under the action of the truncated cone body. from the outer surface of the locking body.

How to use: The locking pin is equipped with 5 concentric balls inside. When the locking pin thread is loosened, the steel balls will automatically retract into the locking body. At this time, the locking pin can be inserted into or pulled out of the round hole of the locked workpiece. When used After inserting the locking pin into the hole of the locked workpiece, gradually tighten the head of the locking pin by hand. At the same time, the steel ball gradually protrudes. The locking pin automatically centers and clamps the module. Then tighten it with a wrench. The tightening force must be appropriate. After the locking pin is tightened, the pressing force can reach 50KN and the shearing force can reach 200KN.
